MC4-Crimp has been specially developed for the process-safe crimping of MC4 connectors on PV systems. The crimping tool has a ratchet mechanism with a blocking device to ensure a consistently high crimping quality and results that can be precisely repeated. The mechanism only opens the tool when the crimping process is complete. An emergency release has also been integrated into the handle, which opens the crimping tool in the event of misuse. Thanks to the accurate eccentric setting of the tool, the crimping force can be precisely adjusted. This feature ensures a consistently high crimping quality. With the Multi Change System, the crimping modules of the tool can be exchanged quickly, as needed. The simple change system, which requires no additional tools, ensures that the modules can be installed and removed fast. The standard version of the MC4 crimping tool is supplied with a high-quality steel module for MC4 connectors with cable cross-sections of 2.5 mm², 4 mm² and 6 mm² (14-10 AWG). The 2-component handles of the crimping tool ensure non-slip and ergonomically friendly handling with maximum force transmission. The tried and tested “ice-crack design” was used, which ensures a comfortable feel. The integrated eyelets on the handles offer the option of attaching a safety catch.

Super pour les installations solaires installation ☀️
J'ai testé la Pince à sertir MC4 de Weicon et je suis très satisfait de ses performances. En tant qu'installateur de panneaux solaires, il est indispensable pour moi d'avoir des outils précis et fiables, et cette pince répond à toutes mes exigences. Elle tient bien en main et permet un sertissage précis des connecteurs MC4. Par rapport à d'autres pinces à sertir, la Pince à sertir MC4 présente quelques avantages évidents. Elle est spécialement conçue pour les connecteurs MC4, ce qui rend son utilisation plus efficace. Son design ergonomique assure un grand confort, même lors de travaux prolongés.
